Human Influence
Human activities have both a postive and negative affect of the tropical rainforest. Examples of negative affects are logging, farming, mining, and building roads, and poaching. Human activies also have a postive affect on the rainforest biome because some humans do research on rainforests to find ways to make this biome exist longer and to protect the wildlife and plants of this environment. Rainforests used to cover 14% of the Earth, and now we only have 6% left. Some thinngs that humans can do to help save the tropical rainforest biome is reduce, reuse, and reclycle, saving water, making sure to buy certified wood (legally cut down wood), and to buy jewelry that's not mined such as glass. Small actions can make a big impact-if everybody took the time to care, may still have time to preserve the rainforests.
